Shawn MoniriCEO, Founder
Shawn brings more than 50 years of experience in high-purity water purification to CED, having spent his career engineering, designing, installing, validating, and optimizing water systems for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, semiconductor, laboratory, and industrial manufacturing industries.
He holds a B.Ch.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas (1974) and specializes in reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultrafiltration, electrodeionization (EDI), UV oxidation, microbial control, distribution systems, validation, and preventive maintenance.
Shawn is focused on developing reliable, cost-effective solutions that meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and regulatory compliance, consistently satisfying FDA cGMP, USP, and other industry requirements while building lasting relationships through technical excellence, integrity, and trusted customer service.

Mac Chase, MBA, MSAChief of Finance
Mac brings a strong background in business and finance to CED, with 20 years of experience working with small businesses in roles ranging from Staff Accountant to CFO. Prior to joining CED, he spent over 12 years as Director of Finance and HR for a well-known private healthcare practice, helping open and operate locations throughout Boston and the surrounding area.
He holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa, as well as a Master's in Accounting from Bentley University in Boston, MA.
Outside of work, Mac enjoys spending time on the Cape in the summer, traveling, and personal fitness.
Josh MoniriDirector of Sales
Josh is an experienced water systems professional with 10+ years designing, installing, and servicing high-purity systems, including reverse osmosis (RO), deionized (DI), and reclaim water systems, bringing a proven ability to deliver compliant, efficient solutions for biotechnology, GMP pharmaceutical, hospital, and industrial applications.
He is skilled at partnering with mechanical contractors, property management firms, and leading biotech organizations to meet strict regulatory and operational requirements, and takes pride in building relationships that keep clients' systems running reliably long after installation.
Patrick GoyetchVice President of Sales and Operations
Prior to joining CED, Patrick served in a variety of VP leadership roles, building a proven track record of delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth. He has earned numerous top performance awards, including Circle of Excellence honors, for developing exceptional sales teams that drive results.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University, with a concentration in accounting and business management.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, along with music, tennis, fitness, and travel.
Brian ChildService and Installation Manager
Brian is CED's Service and Installation Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the pure water industry, including over 10 years with CED itself.
He takes pride in delivering high-quality , personal customer service __ providing every client with the hands-on support and attention to
detail that they deserve , from initial installation through ongoing service
