Production

CED specializes in the design, installation, and service of high-purity water systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Working closely with engineering, validation, quality, and facilities teams, we design and support USP Purified Water systems for critical production applications, including pretreatment and purified water systems that supply Water for Injection (WFI) generation systems. From new installations and facility expansions to ongoing preventative maintenance, sanitization, water quality testing, validation support, and emergency service, CED provides complete lifecycle support to ensure reliable performance, regulatory compliance, and maximum system uptime.

Boiler Feed & Humidification

For boiler feed and humidification applications, CED designs and supports water treatment systems that deliver reliable, high-quality water for a wide range of flow rates and facility requirements. Working directly with facility engineers and maintenance teams, CED provides complete system design, installation, startup, and ongoing preventative maintenance for water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO), RO/SDI, and RO/EDI systems. Our service-focused approach helps improve boiler efficiency, reduce scaling and corrosion, extend equipment life, and minimize unplanned downtime to keep critical building systems operating reliably.
